24-HOUR NOTICE
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. You will receive a text and/or an email notification 36 hours before your appointment time.
I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be in need of care.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, may be charged a minimum of 50% up to the full session amount.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to be fair while respecting my time. If you have to cancel your appointment
If rescheduling is an option we can do that so you won't lose out on your deposit. Please note you can only reschedule once before losing your deposit.
Additionally repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future sessions.

Arrivals
To ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
This allows a few moments to settle in and complete any necessary paperwork.
Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor the therapist's commitment to subsequent clients.
Well-being
Your health and safety are our priority. I ask for total honesty regarding any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications during your intake.
Please consult a physician before receiving massage for any existing medical concerns.
Mountain Momma Massage Therapy and Wellness, LLC maintains strict professional boundaries; any inappropriate behavior or comments will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and a call to the local police!

No Online Booking Under 48 Hours
Pricing
All massage services will require a minimum $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Deposit may go up depending on the service.
This deposit is securely charged at the time of booking and will be fully applied toward the total cost of your session.
Please note that while it secures your spot, the deposit is not refundable if the session is cancelled, late, or results in a no-show.

A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
